Performance Integration¶

Scope¶
At quarterly and periodic review cycles, the cumulative impact of each agent — including audit outcomes, violation history, and business value delivered — is collected by Novaworks's native performance monitoring and reflected in the performance feedback of the responsible human employee. Accountability is not an event; it's a continuous record.
Depends on ../audit-connector-policy-compliance/spec.md (the audit
outcomes/violation history being rolled up) and requires a defined
productivity measurement baseline — per ../schema-changes.md, "Define the
productivity measurement baseline" is a P1 TODO (Product + Analytics, Not
Started) in the source paper, addressing the paper's own noted gap that 47%
of CHROs have no AI productivity baseline to sell into.
Value¶
The source paper frames this as a genuinely novel feature — no competitor connects agent audit outcomes to human performance reviews. It's also the first structured answer to a board-level question with no current answer: "what did my agents actually do for the business, and were they compliant?"
Acceptance criteria¶
- At each quarterly/periodic review cycle, a supervisor sees a rollup of their supervised Agent Workers' audit outcomes, violation history, and business value delivered.
- This rollup is reflected in the responsible human employee's own performance feedback for that cycle — not a separate, disconnected "agent report" they have to manually incorporate.
- The productivity/business-value metrics used are defined against an agreed baseline (per the P1 TODO) — this Feature should not ship with an ad hoc, undefined notion of "business value delivered."
- The rollup is continuous (built from ongoing audit data across the whole cycle), not a one-time snapshot generated only at review time.
